Are the products original?
Yes. All the caps used as a base are original New Era and are then custom-made by hand to create a unique design.

Can I return an item or request a refund?
No. All products are made to order and customized, so returns or refunds are not possible. By making a purchase, you accept this condition.

How long does shipping take?
The times consist of:

• Production (customization): 10-15 business days
• Shipping: 24–72 hours (Italy)

You will receive tracking once the package has been shipped.

How do I wash the cap?
Hand washing is recommended. Do not use a washing machine and do not rub directly on the customized part to best preserve the design.

Is this an official collaboration with New Era or other brands?
No. This product is an independent artistic customization and there is no official collaboration with New Era or other brands or characters.

Is the cap adjustable?
Yes. Being a 9FIFTY snapback model, it is adjustable and fits most sizes.
