All products sold are artistic customizations handcrafted on original items.

Each product is:

• made to order
• unique or in a limited edition
  

3. Absence of Official Collaborations

The products sold are independent creations.

There is no official collaboration, affiliation, or authorization with third-party brands, including New Era, nor with any characters or brands that may have inspired the design.

4. Prices and Payments

All prices are expressed in euros (€).
Payment must be made at the time of order using the methods available on the site.

5. Production and Shipping

Order fulfillment times consist of:

• Production (customization): 10–15 business days
• Shipping: 24–72 hours (Italy)

Any delays not attributable to the seller (e.g., courier) are not the seller's responsibility.

6. Return and Refund Policy

All products are made upon request and personalized.

For this reason:

• returns are not possible
• refunds are not possible

By placing an order, the customer expressly accepts this condition.

7. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• correctly entering shipping details
• checking order details before payment

We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Product Use

Products are intended for personal use.
We are not responsible for any damage resulting from improper use of the product.
